Fantastic garage and customer service.

I saw the vehicle advertised online and made an enquiry on a Saturday evening.
Patrick called me first thing on a Sunday morning to discuss the details.
On the bank holiday Monday he opened up the garage especially for us so we could purchase this car.

Patrick was very professional, not at all pushy and answered all of our questions, he is very knowledgeable.

The car was immaculately presented inside and out, we are exceptionally pleased with our purchase.

I drove some distance to use Shire Car Sales, and it was worth it for the customer service from Simon. He was enthusiastic, knew his stuff and answered all my questions about the Nissan Leaf. I did end up buying the car I'd gone to see and he even delivered it to me - recording the stats on the delivery journey so I had even more confidence in the battery health. A superb enjoyable experience all round.
